| Following fermentation, only free-run juice
was transferred into 100% new French Oak barrels. After 21 months in barrel
and 10 months of bottle aging, this wine will be released on March 26th,
2005. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Romans called the great bear constellation Ursa. Steven Tanzer said of the 2002 Ursa that it is "A vibrant, nicely restrained wine with a long, ripely tannic finish. Terrific value." Production - 367 cases Retail Price - $27 |
