| Following fermentation, only free-run juice
was transferred into 100% new French Oak barrels. After 21 months in barrel
and 10 months of bottle aging, this new blend will be released on March
26th, 2005. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. The Greeks called the great bear constellation Arctos. Steven Tanzer said of the 2002 Arctos that it "Finishes with sweet but solid tannins that would appear to offer this wine enough structure to develop in bottle for at least eight to ten years."
